    Hoffman relates stories from  mother's chocolate factory employment; wrapping still done by hand and tokens used to determine payment.  Fannie Hershey wrapped Kisses so her son would never be broke again.  M.S. Hershey anecdotes.  Childhood memories of Hershey Park.  Began in chocolate factory molding room (1941).  Describes deafening noise.  Worked on Ration D bar. Transferred to plowroom, returned to molding.  Discusses aspects of employment that were displeasing: loss of seniority, low wages, injury compensation, retirement.  Comments on supervisors, union.
