    In the fifth in a series of interviews, O’Brien recounts his involvement with Milton Hershey School during the 1990s and 2000s, first as an alumnus and later as school president. He discusses the Alumni Association’s reaction to the 21st Century Initiative, president William Lepley, and the board of managers. In 2002, O’Brien is offered the interim presidency of the school and appointed president in 2003. O’Brien describes his vision and plans for the school and his relationship with the administration and faculty. He also discusses the role of alumni Ric Fouad and John Halbleib.
