    In Alexander’s third and final interview, he details his service on the boards of the following organizations: Hershey Trust Company; Milton Hershey School; and Hershey Foods Corporation.  He describes the relationship between the School’s president and the CEO of the Trust during his tenure, as well as how the Trust board reviewed the assets of the trust with regard to its fiduciary responsibility to the School.  Alexander recalls Hershey Foods leadership succession planning and the Board’s decision to hire Richard Lenny.  He also discusses in depth the proposed sale of Hershey Foods Corporation in 2002, describing the role of the attorney general and Judge Warren Morgan, the reorganization and reduction of the Trust Company Board, and how he was personally impacted.  The interview also includes impressions of: Ronald Glosser; William Lepley; Robert Vowler; and Kenneth Wolfe.
