    In Wolfe’s fifth and final interview, he describes his service on the boards of the following organizations: Hershey Foods Corporation; Milton Hershey School; Hershey Trust Company; and The M.S. Hershey Foundation.  Topics include: Milton Hershey School’s 21st Century Initiative; the development of Hershey Trust Company’s management of private trusts; and Wolfe’s thoughts on the distinctions between serving on the board of a corporate, for profit, company and a charitable organization.  From January 2008 to February 2009, Wolfe served as non-executive Chairman of The Hershey Company.  He discusses the relationship between Hershey Chocolate’s Board of Directors and Hershey Trust Company’s Board of Directors.  The interview also includes discussion of the development of Hershey Chocolate following Wolfe’s retirement in 2001.  [Access to this interview is restricted until 2029.]
