    Bobb's family moved to Hershey in 1918 when his father was hired to work in the chocolate factory printing department.  Remembers living first in the Tea House and later in other residences in Hershey.  He reminsces about the town’s chocolate smell and playing around Spring Creek as a boy.

    Bobb started working for Hershey in 1929 in farm management. He offers brief descriptions of Milton Hershey’s plans; land holdings; investments; interests in people; work on chocolate formulas; expansion of business; gifts to the community; farm programs in local area and Cuba; and development of farms for orphans.
