    Rawley recalls his childhood; influence of grandfather.  Remembers attending Hershey family reunions at Homestead during 1930s.  Describes his World War II service as a flier.  Graduated Columbia University 1950.  Also served in Korean conflict.  Began career with Scott Paper, attended Harvard Business School. Invited by Dearden to visit Hershey, employed 1964.  Discusses first impressions of chocolate company, especially sales and marketing.  Describes his role, changes over time.  Reflects on: long-term planning, colleagues, establishment of research and development division, and legal department.  Rawley served as Corporate Planning Officer.  Also discusses his community involvement.
